Q) Are all your items authenticated?
A) Yes. All our high end designer items are independently authenticated prior to selling them and we will always detail whether it comes with authenticity certificate on the description. If you have any questions regarding the authentication process, please drop us a message.
Q) Please can you hold an item for me?
A) We are happy to hold an item for you with a non-refundable deposit. Please contact us to discuss your
options.
Q) Why do you not offer refunds?
A) We sell preloved items on behalf of other people. This means that once a bag has sold, we start the process of getting the funds to the seller. Therefore, once the seller has been paid, we are not able to offer you a refund. We can however re-sell your bag for you for an agreed percentage.
We try to take as many photos as we can to show a real representation of the bags. If you are every unsure of the colour or anything, feel free to contact us and we will happily provide you with more information.
Q) Do you have a shop where I can come to look at the bags?
A) Yes! We have a shop in The Suffolks, Cheltenham where you can come to see the bags. Please be aware that we don’t keep all of the bags on the premises, so make sure you get in touch with plenty of notice so we can make sure your bag is there for you to see.
Also, please note that our opening times may sometimes vary, so double check before visiting!
Q) How much is postage?
A) We do offer a free collection service from our shop. If you are not local and would like your item posted, we post via Royal Mail guaranteed next day delivery. This costs £13.99 (sometimes more for higher value items)
and means the parcel is covered up to it’s full value. We post bags out twice a week.
Q) How do I sell my bag with you?
A) Please see our “Consign with Us” page and all will be explained there!
Q) If I buy a bag from you and then wish to sell it, will you offer me a higher commission?
A) Yes! We offer a circle back guarantee on all items purchased from us within the last 12 months. This means if you have purchased an item through us within the last 12 months and then decide to consign it with us, you will receive an increased commission of up to 90% (depending on the price of the item) - please contact us for details.
